What Psychotherapy Offers
Psychotherapy supports you to work through emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, and periods of change in a structured and supportive way. It can help you cope with stress and anxiety better, regain a sense of direction, and make changes that feel sustainable.
This work is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel more resourced and better able to respond to situations in your life with confidence and care.
My Approach
My approach is grounded in existential psychotherapy, which focuses on understanding how you experience your life, your relationships, and yourself.
Rather than offering advice or trying to eliminate symptoms, therapy becomes a collaborative process of exploring what’s present for you, how it fits within your wider life, and what possibilities may open through deeper understanding.
I aim to create a thoughtful, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and be heard with care. I offer an inclusive and affirming practice, and work with LGBTQI+ clients and people from diverse backgrounds.
Through this relational and reflective process, new perspectives can emerge, and change can unfold in ways that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with who you are.
